We're thrilled at the possibility of working with you. Before we begin, we’d like to outline a few key expectations to ensure a smooth and successful partnership. Here are four essential guidelines to keep in mind.

WE ARE YOUR MARKETING PARTNERS

We handle everything related to marketing and you focus on selling. Whatever strategy we recommend and implement should be followed to a team. While your input is highly appreciated, final implementation will fall on our team of experts.

ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE THROUGH WORKPLACE

While we might have some initial emails going back and forth, the ultimate goal is to have all communication going through the WorkPlace platform. You will receive a login, along with any team members that you might want to be able to communicate with us as well. All support tickets will be handled in that system, our team is able to answer those questions quickly and promptly.

Implement design changes on every site that we take on as a client

While we may edit your site a little bit from an aesthetic look, we will take input from you if there are major things wrong. However, with our many years of experience we know what works and what works well. We will keep your current colors, look, and feel but we will most likely change some things to build in additional conversion related things that will help your business just get more leads. While we will take suggestions from our clients such as you, if they collide with something that's going to cause you to get more leads, we may choose to not implement that suggestion.

turnaround for communications depends on which program you're on

For the Scale Program, we expect to confirm/acknowledge all issues within three business days. If you're an Outshine or a Rocket Fuel customer, expect that turnaround to be one business day.
